STORE POLICY

All of our firewood is hand loaded and delivered. Once we receive your order, we match your order with other orders in the same area. This helps us save time to assure all customers receive their firewood in a timely manner. Orders can take anywhere from same day to 10 business days. No need to be home for delivery as long as the stacking location is accessible, we will deliver!

Due to the weight and nature of firewood all sales are final. Once the order is received it cannot be returned for a refund. If for any reason there is an issue with your order, please contact us. As many customers can tell you, we will do our very best to accommodate any issues that may arise or occur. We strive for the best customer service possible, and we promise to take every step to ensure your experience with us is GREAT. We take pride in our work and prioritize ensuring everyone feels a part of our community and family.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, please contact us. Firewood is meant to be enjoyed, and if you're doing anything but that send us a message, and we will try to resolve it immediately.
